Our Booking and Cancellation Policies
- 1 night or 10 % deposit(whichever is greater) is required for confirmation.
- Guests who cancel three (3) weeks or more before date of booking are entitled to 100 % refund.
- Guests who cancel two (2) weeks before date of booking are entitled to 50 % refund.
- Guests who cancel one (1) week before date of booking are entitled to 25% refund.
- Guests who cancel less than 72hrs and do not show up (No show) are not entitled to a refund
